Incentive Terms & Conditions

     

  • The festive competition 2024 (“the competition”) is organised by Commercial Services Group Recruitment Division and will take place on the social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) of the managed service and trading brands (“the brands”) as follows: Connect2Kent, Connect2Hampshire, Connect2Luton, Connect2Surrey, Connect2Dudley, Connect2Dorset, Connect2Halton, Connect2Employment and Connect2TalentSolutions
  • The competition will run from 18th November 2024 to 11:59pm on 16th December 2024. The winners will be notified on the 18th December 2024. If any prize has not been claimed by 11:59pm on 30th December, a new winner will be chosen.
  • The competition is open to anyone who follows one of the brands social media pages, likes a post, and leaves a comment between 18th November 2024 to 11:59pm on 16th December 2024.
  • The winners will be randomly selected by a generator and notified via social media. By engaging with a post, you give permission for a member of the team to contact you on social media.
  • We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. No cash alternative will be provided.
  • This competition is not open to employees of Commercial Services Group, including managed services and trading brands.
  • You agree that any personal information you provide when entering the competition will be used by Commercial Services Group Recruitment Division for the purposes of administering the competition.
  • Commercial Services Group Recruitment Division accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participants.

  • The "Referrer" relates to the person that is submitting their friend or colleague's details.
  • The "Referred" relates to the person that is being referred by "the Referrer" for a role.
  • The Referrer must have the permission of the person they are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Referrer will indemnify Connect2Halton for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer's failure to gain consent of the Referred.
  • There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer however each referral must be submitted as a separate claim.
  • Referral claims must be made after the qualifying period has been met (as stated below).
  • We will only accept referral claims up to 2 weeks after the qualifying period.

  • Referrals are not payable if the referred candidate has registered with Connect2Halton within the last six months.
  • Referrals are only given once the qualifying periods have been met:
  • It is the referrer's responsibility to contact Connect2Halton once this has been completed.
  • A choice of vouchers or payment via payroll depending on employment status will be offered. Connect2Halton cannot accept any responsibility should for any reason the vouchers become invalid.
  • This promotion is not open to employees of Connect2Halton.
  • Eligibility for this offer is at Connect2Halton's discretion and our decision is final.
  • Connect2Halton reserve the right to terminate this scheme at any time.
