Hourly Rate: £13.26 per hour
Hours: Ad hoc - flexible to fit around you
Location: Various leisure centres across Halton

Halton Borough Council is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 Swimming Instructors to join our team on a casual basis. If you have a love for teaching swimming and enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Swimming Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons in line with the Swim England framework. You'll help participants develop confidence, technique, and water safety skills in a fun and engaging environment.

What We're Looking For:

✅ A Level 2 Swim Instructor qualification (essential)
✅ Excellent communication and motivational skills
✅ A friendly, patient, and encouraging approach to teaching
✅ The ability to adapt lessons to suit different ages and abilities

Desirable (but not essential):

⭐ NRASTC (National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches) or NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
