Social Worker - Children in Care and Care Leavers

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker specialising in Children in Care and Care Leavers. In this role, you will work with vulnerable children and young people.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £45.34.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children and young people in care, ensuring their needs are met and their voices heard.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, families, and carers to deliver tailored support plans.
• Provide guidance and advocacy for care leavers as they transition into adulthood.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review cases in line with statutory requirements.
• Ensure all safeguarding measures and legal frameworks are adhered to, promoting the well-being of children and young people.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified Social Worker with active HCPC/SWE registration.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar team.
