Casual Stadium General Assistant
To ensure that all customers have an enjoyable experience of the Stadium and its operations.
The job involves ensuring customers have a positive experience at the stadium through excellent service. Responsibilities include effective communication with customers and management to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling cash transactions accurately, and working as part of a team to maintain high service standards. Additional duties include setting up rooms for events, maintaining equipment, managing deliveries, performing administrative tasks, and serving food and alcohol in line with licensing and food safety procedures. Other relevant tasks may be assigned as needed.
