Key Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in first aid, CPR, medication administration, and nutrition knowledge.
• Empathy, effective communication, patience, resilience, and attention to detail.

• Experience: Previous care experience, relevant qualifications and record-keeping abilities.
• Additional Qualities: Flexibility to work various shifts, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients.
• Administer medication and assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
