Care and Support Worker - Reablement

About the Role:

Are you a caring, can-do kind of person with a knack for making life better for others? As a Support Worker, you'll be the friendly face, helping hands, and reassuring voice for individuals needing care. From personal care to community outings, no two days are the same!

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Supporting people with dignity, respect, and a good dose of encouragement.
✅ Helping with personal care-think washing, dressing, and looking fabulous.
✅ Assisting with medication and minor health needs (don't worry, we'll train you).
✅ Responding to call bells like a care superhero.
✅ Helping individuals stay active in their community-because life's more fun that way!
✅ Keeping records up to date (yes, paperwork is a thing, but we promise it's important).
✅ Working with families, health pros, and teammates to make life smoother for those in your care.
