Today, we speak to Tyler, one of our Customer Service & Resourcing Assistants…  

Tell us about your working background 

I have worked for agencies for a few years, so I got moved about a lot as and when companies needed staff. Most of my jobs have been customer service-based - either face-to-face or over the phone. 

What do you like about working in the recruitment industry? 

I like working in recruitment because it is a very rewarding job knowing you can change someone’s life by helping them get into work. 

What are you most looking forward to about your new role? 

I am most looking forward to meeting new people and progressing with my career! 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? 

In my spare time, I like to take my nephew to new places and spend time with family. 

Any top tips for jobseekers?  

Do not be discouraged by rejection; the right job will come along eventually.
