At Connect2Halton we invite you to apply to our open Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of Temporary Worker Agencies and Interim Contractors/Consultants. Suppliers may join the DPS at any point during its validity provided key satisfaction requirements are met, and none of the grounds for exclusion apply.

Connect2Halton Requires each of its suppliers to meet the highest standards. Our Requirements as set out in the DPS include a commitment to rigorous quality assurance. At Connect2Halton we value suppliers who know the importance of making and meeting commitments and delivery of the highest standards.

To register your interest and submit an application to be part of the DPS, click on the link provided. If at any point you are asked to enter an access code, please enter 2CY9Q756Z5. You will be directed to the Commercial Services group e-sourcing page, select “Search Opportunities” and select the opportunity that you are interested in. Should you wish to proceed, please click on the link under “To respond to this opportunity, please click here”. The Delta eSourcing portal also operates a helpdesk that can be contacted on 08009239236

Once your application is successful, and you have submitted any supporting documentation that is required, we will commence the onboarding process ensuring full compliance prior to joining our third-party supply chain.

New Agency Suppliers FAQs

These are accessed via the Delta e-Sourcing Platform, and can be downloaded and completed in your own time

  • Copies of invoices previously sent to your listed references that indicate the types of roles you have supplied workers for. Please note that we will only accept invoices that tie back to each of your references.
  • A breakdown of your registered talent pool, in numbers, per category that you have applied to.
  • Copy of a published business strategy that clearly indicates your areas of expertise.

If you are newly trading or an SME that is unable to provide three references, we will accept one trade reference with two professional references, for example auditors, accountants, banking institution or your insurance provider/broker.

Yes, you can contact our Supplier Team evidencing your ability to supply the additional categories. Once approved a change control document will be issued for your signature to confirm that you have been added to the additional categories. You can also opt to remove yourself from previously selected categories at any time.

No, this is not a mandatory requirement.

We are unable to provide this information, as roles are released dependent on requirements.

There is no limit to the number of suppliers.

The indicative rates as published may be subject to change in the final Terms issued once you have successfully been awarded onto the DPS. We are not able to enter any discussions around rates outside of the DPS.

Existing Agency Suppliers FAQs

Once your submission is complete, we will create your agency and generate login details for your Agency Administrator. The administrator will receive an automated email from noreply@e.myagency-portal.co.uk with a username and temporary password.

Timesheets go through several statuses before payment:

  • Not Entered – Timesheet needs to be updated and submitted for approval
  • Awaiting Submission – consultant/worker has updated but not submitted for approval.
  • Awaiting Approval – Hiring Manger has not yet approved hours.
  • Approved – no action to take waiting to be exported for payment.
  • Processed – Exported in payment cycle.
  • Rejected – Hiring Manger has rejected, go to timesheet and correct errors and resubmit.
  • Recalled/Client Edited – unlikely to be used, you will be contacted by the Delivery team.
  • Query – unlikely to be used, you will be contacted by the Delivery team.

As an Agency Administrator you would need to use the left-hand menu option to Switch Profile to see the Jobs that your Agency Consultants can see.  If you have a user that cannot see jobs please check their user record has been set up with the appropriate Job Categories.

Go to the User section controlled by your Agency Administrator and check that the Agency Consultants have a tick for the Job Categories they need to receive notifications for when a job is released.

Go to the Your Profile section on the left-hand menu and click on the button Change Now to reset your password.

From the login screen click on the Forgot password link.  You will receive an email from noreply@e.myagency-portal.co.uk with a link to reset your password.
